    I don't think anything's changed in a while, but if we approved each registration it'd go something like this:

    LET: "Why do you want to apply?"

    Applicant: "To learn more about cheap hosting deals."

    LET: Approved

    Applicant: Starts thread entitled "Is online purchasing safe?"
