Looking For storage VPS in Asia

Hey Everyone,
I'm Looking for VPS in any Asian Location ( Singapore, Hong Kong, etc).
I'm looking for ~500GB storage (HDD is fine) and preferably 1gbps speed.
At least 4TB bandwidth per month (The more the better)
My budget is no more than $50 per year. The cheaper The better.

    You're not gonna get any offers with this budget. Data centres don't grow off trees.

    Edit: bandwidth isn't a measure of data, either. Get it right.
