  We're in Netherlands inside the Worldstream Datacenter. Looks like they have dedis available: https://www.worldstream.com/en/dedicated-servers

  If you'd be cool with a virtualized instance (KVM) and have a reasonable budget, we may be able to do something custom for you...

  Did you at least did you Open the website? They have VPS and also Dedicated-servers.

  And before you Open another thread they also have shared hosting

  If there is no Ddos protection required SpectraIP and SKB have very nice machine with very good prices, why not people share that?

  They usually don't in other locations, but I have friends who use their servers in Poland for VPNs and have not received DMCAs

  1. Alexhost have Anti-DDoS Protection available (make traceroute? Check peering?)
  2. KVM slices from BuyVM is dedicated they have 24GB of RAM until 28GB RAM.. DDoS Protection is available.
  3. Novogara offers Anti-DDoS Protection for large attacks only, small, medium attacks can be blocked with some configurations (read their FAQs)
  4. Who told you they don't have!? Because they don't mention?
  5. Xor.sc is DMCA Ignored and is highly expensive because of your privacy can be considered "bulletproof"
  6. 2x4.ru opens here, probably your ISP may have blocked it?

  If you are looking for something like OVH with good DDoS Protection and Offshore you may be difficult to find.

  SKB is a reseller from Novogara for the lulz, SpectraIP doesn't ignore DMCA check their TOS / AUP.
