I do not know if this is that great for torrenting, but I also can't complain so much about speeds, since my ISP does not offer great bandwidth to begin with.
For torrenting I would use some seedbox, like the offers of @PulsedMedia since they have better bandwidth than some public VPN.
But tried to switch protocols and now working.

Yeah, time is influenced by gravity, so if you are in a black hole you have lots of time to get this offer.
