However, the initial ticket was created earlier, which instead of fixing the issue, I was accused of being a chinese.
If your Support, would fix problems instead of accusing people certain origins, that would be great.

Hello, on previous ticket, was error by account country identification by our support (sorry for this technical issue), and was given recommendation to change location from Progress to Dataline or Novosibirsk, but your answer on this ticket contain obscene Russian words from you (as shown on screenshot https://yadi.sk/i/DeipMYClkxGxTg), so its was a violation of our support rules, so previous ticket was closed by appearing obscene words on your ticket answer.
