CloudSigma has cloud vps servers in Honolulu, but as that location has prices of 70USD/TB egress, your traffic of 5TB would cost 350USD alone plus cpu, ram, disk, etc.
Otherwise you'll have to check the DC providers for their private cloud offerings (or colocation offerings), but I doubt that you'll find a one vps or one server offer or 1U rack unit colo offer.
