VPS In Dubai

Hello, I am looking for a reliable VPS or KVM provider in Dubai or UAE.

I just want to use web browser to use Paypal when I am outside the country. Server should not be more than 15/month.

Any recommendation?

    VPN in Dubai? Or maybe configure raspberry/mini pc on your home.

    Aeserver.com i think best in price & service. I got the site when i need to use dubai vpn for paypal.but at last moment, i dont need it it anymore.

    If you have a home in Dubai, you can run your own proxy or VPN using your home computer or raspberry pi

    Aren't VPNs technically illegal in Dubai? I once met a woman in a dodgy bar that use to live there, and she told me they are illegal as is using WhatsAp for calls.
