    I believe you can use on any VPS from RackNerd.

    Clientexec licenses issued by RackNerd are intended for use within the RackNerd network only (“internal licensing”).

    You can just pay $10 a year for a VPS (Or any shared hosting / reseller package), but you have to use the license on their service.
