I just signed up for your hosting account and seems like your IPs are banned for outbound email. All emails to Microsoft and yahoo are bouncing back. I created a ticket too: [Ticket ID: 774550] and it has been more than 24 hours and no response from anyone.
Please advise.

I don't see any ticket with 3 days non response. There is one ticket which is 1 day old. All other Tickets are much younger. There are currently 12 Tickets open.
