I m currently using vpsdime 12gb so far very good experience but I want to switch because of CPU, (they offer only 4vcpu shared) My desired specs are:
1) >=8GB RAM
2) atleast 100GB storage
3) 1GBps network port
4) 5TB network bandwidth
5) 2 dedicated cores
Maximum Budget is 10 USD per month.Plan is to keep it for long term(5 years or so but expense will be paid monthly / quarterly / yearly).

In linux term 2dedicated cores = 200% . My mostly visitors from USA . It will be fine to host in Europe? Advice please
