I am currently doing a market study to see in general what customers love when they buy a web plan.

web hosting plans should come with storage space.
I'm not happy just with cpu, ram and bandwidth.
last time some host forgot to add storage space in the plan and was just selling cpu,ram,bandwidth! epic!

I am still looking into offering this alternative but it is not something I am considering in the near future.
Here in Canada it's complicated in terms of the laws for this.
We have the CRTC that controls certain things that we can't do on the internet.
90% of use cases will be under 10gb + 100gb bandwidth, cpanel is still the best product but i prefer apiscp or centminmod. support doesn't matter as i won't use it just keep your services online.
For me atleast 10 GB Storage and Bandwidth 200gb for safe spot.
Directadmin will be fine if cost is lower
Email because I can track any message send, and roaming call is pricey on my country
