looking for a south asia VPS
Location: must near around India/Vietnam/Thailand, also Iran if possible.
looking to have visitors from these countries.
Budget $5-7
Spec: 2 Cores + 2G RAM,
Disk and Bandwidth does not matter, suitable for an idle wordpress site will be fine. 
will be using cloudflare CDN so it must has good route to CF.
I am hearing offers from big providers and also LET providers:)

All three above are good choices, I have services with all three. ReadyDedis Mumbai @bharat is usually quite responsive. @seriesn and Bob make a good team at Nexusbytes. @NDTN managed to pull a rare one where @FAT32 got tempted and signed up for a recent offer. That says something.
We also have Webhosting24 @tomazu . Good solid offers, except bandwidth which is understandable given the higher cost. Not much to complain overall.
Here’s some thinking… do take a look at @ServersGalore in Perth Australia. Not sure about latency to Vietnam but solid speeds to Southern Asia when I had checked.
