Which I could understand, but the Telia connection has been online for about 3-6 months I guess. Seems a bit short for a 100 Gbps line. The company I work for has a 10Gbps GTT line and that is a 1 year minimum (with additional costs for short contract terms). So it seems hard to believe that he'd just cancel the Telia line.
What bothers me is that the communication is still sub-par. Just be transparent, because as a potential customer this doesn't give me trust that everything will be alright in the future. If anything: cancelling carriers, moving all servers to one dc, selling assets reinforces my theory that Hostsolutions is, in fact, technically bankrupt.

Providers should treat each and everyone here as a potential customer. I’m actually an ex-customer of cociu’s but that shouldn’t matter.
cociu has been stripped of his provider tag. I am also representing a provider here and I host many of my friends too and I don't need a tag (unbelievably oppressed was fun, though :P)

not able to comment in this moment , but for sure the privacy of our customers was always a priority , you have not seen me look in the client data never , login in his server , etc etc or share any data withowt client permision . But your friend is do this every day ... and every time was had time to blame us in order to try to sell his service. So i am not perfect , i had bad luck , i have act like a idiot due of cumulative problems but i never spay any client this for sure. You have the posibility to monitor the network in another way than login in the client server wich is broke his privacy.

wow, been a while since I've been on LET and I see the saga continues. I bought one of these storage deals with Hostsolutions a while back and after not receiving the server, any messages or answers to tickets I opened a PayPal dispute. I was called a scammer by cocius, trying to get a service for free and a few fanboys wanted me banned!.

You've been gone for weeks, 0 communication, deleted tickets, 0/9 online services, I don't think that would result in anything different. If you had been transparent about what happened, your account would probably not be frozen.
You, sir, have no idea about how paypal works. I seriously doubt they will reinstate it. would make promises so he pays the balance, but very unlikely to reinstate it.
He is just stating that if Cociu had good communication with the customers, they would not have requested a chargeback so the account would still be active.
You can't be 2 months with zero support and expect people to not make a charge back..

In the case at hand, even if he had perfect communication, the chargeback would have still happened, maybe only 80% of them, though.
Yes, he did screw up badly, nobody is contesting that, but the problem which involucrated his Paypal was not the lack of communication (this resulted in this shitstorm), but lack of technical and business skills.
Come to think of it, I think even perfect communication here wouldn't have had much of a different outcome than 0 communication had.
Dude, cociu's been very up front he's not a technical guy, they've been technically bankrupt the whole time.
@cociu why are the tickets being deleted? i created one ticket about a month ago regarding my storage servers being down (i noted i didn't want a refund just the servers back and no concerns regarding the lost data), didn't receive a response and the ticket has vanished.
There is an opinion that after the next fall of the control panel, the base was restored at a time when tickets were not so widespread. Just create a new ticket, like everyone else did, and wait for the weather by the sea;)
