I think he has no idea about networking and put everything in the same VLAN. This would allow for great occupancy ratio but some of us know the drawbacks.

That'd also explain why people reported their IP's 'pointing to different servers', basically ARP poisoning/IP theft.

Highly respected provider keeping this paranoid, I would instantly leave from prometeus.
Each time they attack me I will show why and since they have no proof, I will present mine when asked.

What if I would call Francisco names here? If I would say he is a shit provider for deleting my VM and taking my money for no reason? In the first case I would be banned for breaking the rules, in the second I would be asked for proof. Since others do that against me, I am asked for proof and I will end up banned, probably, because I come up with the absurd demand to apply the rules and not lay down low (let it go) when mocked for it.

Why would you be banned for that? It'd go like this (since we've had this literally happen on here already):
Users that can't chargeback also don't go through fraud checks with us, which makes it so people don't pay us and then get nothing. Imagine paying BTC's wild fees and get nothing. That's not fair.
Where a user can lose their VM with us is if they start abusing. We're far stricter on alipay/crypto users when it comes to abuse.

Except this is not what is happening here. I am personally attacked and also Prometeus called a shit provider for some unclear thing (I either shutdown his vm and pocketed the money letting the credit expire or suspended him for no reason) in all threads he can find me posting in. I ask for a ticket number I am not provided with one. There is nothing to solve as I have no idea what his problem is.
When I flag the posts insulting me and Prometeus the admins mock it in a thread which has nothing to do with it forcing me to react and defend. The attacker, admins and "me toos" join the attacks just for the lulz. It worked in the past, will work again.
I will continue to flag the slander until banned or until the rules are enforced. No chance for the latter, so I am waiting the ban for "abusing admin time" or some other shit like that. I know all that too well.
Since you are asking this to the thread derailers (my attacker and admin which supports him) I am all for it. If you are asking me to stop defending myself and no longer request the enforcement of the rules, then I must disagree. Well noted, I value and like you but I found it disgusting that you even went so far to publish what was private communication (his flagging (real or imaginary) slander). I've also come to consider @Francisco a fine provider and a guy with a spine but still, what he said looked like a threat to me; maybe he was understandably angry (I don't know the context) but I'd expect to clear things the next day and to apologize.

You seem to have some quite sensitive spots and while I can understand that you do fight against what you perceive as threat/injustice/[insert evil], the way you do that seems to not work but is making you look like on PMS. If you feel that on LET you're bound to be a victim, don't fight here and in the way you do but choose another context and/or way, e.g. a court - and/or think more about whether something "triggering" you is really worth a fight. One factor seems to be a constant anyway: you can win against people, but you can't win against the LET community or admins.
Example:
Can you prove that he "decrypted" Solus? If not consider that there might be a gap in between your perception or interpretation and actual facts, laws, etc. Also keep in mind that alleging that someone is in breach of EULA or law - as you clearly did - is not to be taken lightly and highly likely slander unless proven.

The point is that he noticed I am no longer replying the provocations and felt that he needs to provoke me further from the admin position by posting publicly, completely offtopic, without even a private message (if he had a problem with me flagging the post breaking rules), to force me to defend myself and get a reason for the ban. This is a well trodden path, if the attacked person does not feed the troll, we intervene as admins to take the provocations to the next level, one that cannot be ignored anymore. That is what is disgusting.
