KVM via Spider Lantronix

Hello ,
I have a KVM via Spider Lantronix but it refuses to let me download my .jnlp files to access the KVM.
Do you have an idea?

Had this problem a couple years ago with chrome throwing it couldn't download the jnlp.
Try updating the firmware, or using firefox.
It not working on different browser
What is the current firmware version its using now?
i re-installed Java and fixed my issue
Interesting.. anywho, if its not on version 4.2, I'd recommend you update it anyways. Putting these things on a newer version really cleared up some issues I've had with them in the past.
Also if you update to the latest you will have an HTML5 KVM.
Although if you want to use ISO you will still need the Java app
