What is IVA tax ?
You advertise one price but is different price at check out regardless location???
Please elaborate for APAC offers.
VAT tax
They seems to be based in Italy, so depends where are you from / your EU VAT status you will need to pay that. There maybe is country selector later if you create account and tax value will be re-calculated?
There is a Country Selector at the checkout page. Choose your country and click the "Update Totals" button. Tax should be removed if you are outside of EU.
