What CPUs do you use? Are the cores vCores or physical cores?
We use Intel Xeon and AMD Epyc processors housed in hosts with redundant power, cooling, network and storage. We don't use consumer processors such as Intel i7 or AMD Ryzen. The cores specified are physical cores and not vCores.
You can enable Host-passthrough CPU model in the control panel to have direct access to the processor cores which will allow you to utilize features including AES-NI.
