What kind of bot? If Telegram, you can consider using Cloudflare Workers then setWebhook and done

Some paid services aren't very expensive, like $3 a year.
Gullo's NAT VPS for $2 a year is a pretty good one if you're open to spending a bit of money.
I see only one issue with the request.
OP needs to define "small" because, for some people found on LET, "small" can mean "everything I want".
