Projects to Mirror/Donate Resources?

I have an Enterprise ChicagoVPS laying around with ~48GB of space. I was wondering what are some interesting projects to mirror that could probably fit entirely within 45GB of space? Also, projects in which contributing a node or server (that is administrated by me) would also be nice :)

I've looked at Gutenburg, but it's massive. There are far too many CD mirrors for Ubuntu/Debian. I'm looking for more.
