This thread is more about "mid end" than a mix of both.
Believe me: if they're good in low-end, they will be damn good on high-end too. They are all in business for money, the problem is usually low-end because many low-end customers come with complaints, and lack of experience, and abuses (because it's cheap); but low-end also gives exposure, and SEO, and advertising.
When you want mid-end or high-end server, providers are extremely happy to serve you because it means you have money for high-end and you want to do some serious business. Just ask for offer and provide your budget, you will see...
I've got one with @Hosthatch that has 16GB RAM and 80GB NVMe for $70/year (~$5.83/month), and it's one of my favourite VPSes now. No major issues.
