    Hi,

After exhausting data transfer, it's a fair usage policy. (speeds can vary)

Is this OVH, GSL, or StreamLineServers? Who is the protection provider? 20Gbps sounds like StreamLineServers.

    Edit: ahh.. PhoenixNAP

Looks like a nice deal. If only this was posted few days before :( Now i'm already married with GSL server unfortunately.

GSL (GlobalSecurityLayer) sales team refered me to their sub-brand GoDedicated but this is wrong place to advertise that. Besides I'd rather get PhoenixNAP protected server after this one expires. The reason is, that its completely random with GoDedicated if you get GSL or StreamLineServers protection and IP range. In this case I got placed into their StreamLineServers node rather than getting to enjoy GSL Protection so I feel like they false advertised.

    Heya,

Should u switch to us, we can provide compensation for your existing service in form of a service date extension with us. (up to 1 months)

Please create a ticket on the helpdesk for exact details. :)

I didn't know you have switcher special, too.
Bob's switcher special is 4 months, but yours is only 1 month.

Does the service date extension apply to NAT servers too?

What if I order a $15/year server with you, and cancel a $1/year server at another provider?
Do I get to request 30-day extension too?

What if I cancel one WebHorizon server (when it has 30 days left) and order another (different location or spec), can I request service date extension on the new server too?
Or the canceled server must be with a different provider?

To be fair, both Bob and WebHorizon are trusted providers here and their VPS run well.

However, it is not very nice if you try to squeeze him for "1 month > 4 months". Webhorizon service is cheaper than Bob's so if Webhorizon offers the same, he would probably go bankrupt soon

edit: Even if you wanna try your luck, it would be better doing it via pm

I didn't know you have switcher special, too.

We don't have a dedicated 'switcher special' program, can accommodate requests as per requirements/availability on a case-by-case basis. :)

Bob's switcher special is 4 months, but yours is only 1 month.

Bob gives up to 4 month credits on annual commitment.

We give 1-4 month credits on quarterly/semi-annual/annual. ;)

(We might switch it annually only in future just like bob).

Does the service date extension apply to NAT servers too?

It should be possible for all Services above $15 per year.

What if I order a $15/year server with you, and cancel a $1/year server at another provider?
Do I get to request 30-day extension too?

Just drop me a PM / make a ticket mentioning details & requirements.

What if I cancel one WebHorizon server (when it has 30 days left) and order another (different location or spec), can I request service date extension on the new server too?

The cancelled server must be with a different provider.

Invoice was not marked paid instantly after 1 crypto. confirmation. It happend with a delay of 10 minutes from the time when the gateway discovered 1 confirmation of the crypto. payment and me returned to the site :-/
Service was setup in a few minutes after invoice marked paid. Got IPv6 also. Singapore KVM VPS is fast:
    CPU name: Intel(R) Xeon(R) E-2276G CPU @ 3.80GHz
    Download from Cachefly 26.7 MB/s
    FIO disk test:
    read: IOPS=83.4k, BW=326MiB/s
    write: IOPS=27.9k, BW=109MiB/s
There is nice control panel with a VPS management, reinstall, custom ISO possible apparently.
