Domain Auction Rules Change: Crypto Now Allowed for Payment

I've changed the rules to remove the restriction against paying for domains with cryptocurrency. The way it was worded makes me think the original intent was the say "specify the price in a non-crypto currency" rather than to ban crypto payments, but the ambiguity is now removed.
Of course, it's the option of the domain seller to accept crypto or not. Payment terms must be specified in the auction post.
