Can someone please help me pick a good provider with these details:

Yearly Package
High Uptime 99.99%

Additional IP Purchase Option

    It’s standard price nowadays, so as I can see you be able provide IPv4 addresses at $0.01 per year? so it will be great deal for everyone!

    A standard price is 1-2 USD per month, not 3
