EU (NL, FR) Dedicated Server with Crypto Payments
As the title states, I am currently looking for a dedicated server provider whose DC is located in EU (NL and FR is preferred, especially NL. No Germany please) who can also accept cryptocurrency payments.
I'd put my budget about ~40 EUR/m.

Any specific hardware & bandwidth requirements?
SSD is a plus, but not required. If SSD, I'd like to have minimum 512 GB, 2TB for HDD.
Any CPU made within the last 3 to 4 years should be fine. 32GB minimum RAM.
No bandwidth requirement really, as long as it has 1Gbps uplink, I don't see myself using anything over 5-10TB/m.
