Do you have any proof that you actually colo and not just rent dedicated? Because Hetzner colo is extremely rarely used.

Even without looking at IP space, you might understand from the bandwidth - it's expensive as hell even Hetzner for Cloud customers gives 20 TB.
Hetzner dedicated is unmetered.

Is a single IPv6 address optimal for a VPN? (To avoid the problems with NAT66 it would be good to also have a routed IPv6 prefix. You usually need one /64 for each LAN you want to provide IPv6 access to.)
