So usually ips are 1 buck per ip on providers, so its 16 bucks for the IP which leaves you with 14-15 bucks for 8 GB 8 core 250 - 500 GB HDD/SSD, and 25 TB traffic. Good luck!
'ish meaning there is some wiggle room price. The server I have @ Joes is 33/month with a /28
I think @qps still has $30 E3s on with a /29 in Charlotte NC, so you'd just need to upgrade to a /28
Its worth asking @TNAHosting if they can work their magic and maybe offer something.
