Does Partition Style (GPT/MBR) have any effect over Virtualization ??
Which will be better ?? Pros & Cons ??

If you have a drive larger than 2TB then you have no choice but to go with GPT.
I doubt the choice makes any difference at all for virtualisation (it can have an effect on multi-booting at the bare-metal level).
