Weird Issue with CentOS 7 & Intel I219-V

Hello,
I have got a motherboard with Intel I219-V Ethernet & CentOS 7 isn't getting Network Device (Might be Driver issue) where as CentOS 8 is getting it without any problem.
Is there any way to get the drivers (e1000e) embedded in the CentOS 7 ISO ? Or, any ISO with updated Kernel Or, Drivers added ??
I was trying CentOS 7.9 (2009) Minimal & DVD Version, didn't work. Latest CentOS 8 worked great.

Try installing: kmod-e1000e from elrepo or if thats not an option, directly via rpm:

That worked. I was thinking the same but was not sure if it configures network automatically like CentOS 8 or not. Downloaded that file to USB Disk, mounted & installed. Then, rebooted it & worked like a charm.
The centos "plus" kernel adds in a lot of drivers not in the vanilla/upstream RHEL kernel.
What motherboard is that with ? OVH recently removed CentOS 7 support for some of their product lines like Rise, Advance etc and cited compatibility issues that CentOS 8 is fine with. Wonder if this is one of the problems?
