I have 3 servers on cdg3 and all of them are up.
I think it may have something to do with their Stardust line... it's a new service to justify their price increase done recently.

CDG3 is linked to Cloudfront, so AWS AFAIK.
My stardust instance in their Par location was and is working correctly - So it's not a global issue, most likely just that one hypervisor.
