Logically if you install a Windows server it will can take a little over one hour. But a Linux can be delivered as fast as 30 minutes.

We only reject orders with good reason. It is possible that there may be a path to overcoming the rejection. If your colleague is still interested, have them private message me the ticket number involved.

Nope, just normal Windows server install, but unattended / automated.
