In the past, some IPs in the Netherlands had problems. Is there an SLA scheme for this?
Indeed it’s covered by the SLA and the credits are being reviewed currently, albeit slightly delayed due to the holiday weekend.
Some chinese customers are discussing whether the Black Friday package enjoys the SLA plan. Your reply is good news!
Yes it would still have the SLA applied. The SLA applied is a percentage of the service fee generally so obviously, black friday offers will get the same % compensation but in real terms the amount credited is significantly less than those paying our usual pricing.
