Hetzner has a 4x4Tb machine at €34 right now. That is 16T if you don't want RAID, ~12T for RAID5, ~8T for RAID10.
Also 4x6Tb (~18T R5, ~12T R10) for €43.
EDIT: actually, those don't include VAT, but are still lower than 57 if you are not eligible to skip that.
There are other options from them and elsewhere below €57 too.
I assume the hostsolutions KVM option's storage is RAID backed, so while a bit more than that Hetzner Dedi (also less CPU & RAM) it might be preferable depending on your intended use in order to save some admin and get that extra potential network throughput.

Not sure I'd call RAID10 alone "maximum data security" though, but I'm a paranoid type! (cough SBG2 cough)
