DMBHosting Leaving My node down for days.

So. I get back from the weekend about to demo off somthing when I notice on of my servers that is hosting the said site is down.
I go and check and I can't reboot it and disk stats says 0b used. Humm. I've seen that before. Node is dead.
So. I check and i'm outraged to see that its been down for over 2 days.
Just to warn you they have not gotten back to my tweets or ticket or given me any warning of this downtime at all.
