They don’t allow transfers anymore unless you’re a customer already.

Pretty sure they said they're not allowing server transfers any longer, but this could be a thing only for the last blackfriday deals so it's best if you ask them first.
Last I heard, they said they still do but wouldn't always do it, especially on the BF deals, but checking ahead with a ticket is 100% the right thing to do.
I do have SG location idling. If someone need it, pm me, I can sell for lower price
