I am looking for a DDoS protected dedicated budget is $150+ and to be noted I currently have a 197$ dedicated directly with a big provider that has put an ACL rule to rate-limit 443 port but he made the website inaccessible for 3hrs and it is still inaccessible so i will most likely change this provider...
