3.0GHZ Intel CPU or higher
16 GB RAM
1 TB HDD
Unlimited Bandwidth
1 GBPS Connection speed
1 IP - USA Location
need best cheap plans for monthly and yearly prices
any suggestion?

Not sure you can get 1 TB SSD in a VPS - would be much more expensive than a dedicated. Also 1 Gbps dedicated is a bit high. You might be more lucky in a dedicated rackspace.
