Incapsula vs Cloudflare
I'm debating with whether to use Incapsula or Cloudflare. Bandwidth limit is not a issue for me, personally. Security isn't too important either, it's mostly loading speed that is a concern for me.

Given it might be the first time most of us even hear of something called "Incapsula", would it f--ing kill you to put a clickable URL in your post. Here, I'll do that instead: http://www.incapsula.com/
Done.
Cloudflare is more wider usage, Incapsula is more techinical on setup compared to cloudflare, I Wouldn't advise on incapsula although stronger network an wont disable u when ddos'd an only free user, Its a assache to setup an it isnt DNS managing for u. U still have to self do that.
Cloudflare does have more datacenters http://www.cloudflare.com/network-map
Incapsula datacenters: http://www.incapsula.com/tour/website-performance
CloudFlare is cheaper and bigger, I'd personally go with them.
The long and short of it is: CloudFlare's better at speed; Incapsula's (much) better at security.
Here's a really thorough penetration test comparing both to ModSecurity:

If you don't care about security use CloudFlare.
Cloudflare PRO is phenomenal
Incapsula charge $299 site/month if you like custom SSL. Like 50% more than CloudFlare.
