    Is NVMe VPS 7-9 supposed to have less bandwidth (10 TB per month) than some of lower plans (e.g. #4 & #5 have 15 TB, #6 has 20 TB)?

    yes the plan is correct stated. you can choose what more you need.

    we are working in a paralel network in order to have this posibility with 10-30 min downtime but our priority right now is another one .. so will happen , bu when .. i dont know.
