Why would anyone transfer for free when there are plenty of people queuing up to pay a small fee for transfer? If PayPal is the issue maybe someone can work something else or you can just pay with your card on their PayPal url (You don't need paypal to buy things that require it)

I live in turkey, so i don't think paypal url will work, i guess i'll just buy from hetzner and pay the setup fee if they reactivate my account. They disabled my account for some reason, even though i sent a photo of my id, i hope they will reactivate it.
