In the past, I have used their servers and they were reliable. They are also well known around here IIRC. You can go with them if you don't find any better options.
If you are looking for a half/full rack, you can contact YISP.NL too. We are using them and everything is great.

I'm interested in Netherlands colo too, looking around and seen that SmartDC is good.
Made a ticket for a quote, but haven't heard back.
