Does paypal TOS allow you to add on paypal fees selectively like you are doing? And your site says in association with liquidnet us and liquidweb ltd - are you simply just a reseller?

  • @Unbelievable said: Does paypal TOS allow you to add on paypal fees selectively like you are doing?

Paypal TOS "No Surcharges. You agree that you will not impose a surcharge or any other fee for accepting PayPal as a payment method" is in what I am agreed to

You are right. But the service, I offered is totally mine own. I have not purchased any resellership in it.

  • Do they know you are using their company names?

Can you please guide its TOS link.

Its not that hard to actually find and read what your vendor, your ONLY financial vendor, sends you

If I offer their services on LET, then I have to let them know. However, I am not offering their services.

Thanks for providing the link. I think it can be supposed as handling fee.
PayPal TOS: You may charge a handling fee in connection with the sale of goods or services as long as the handling fee does not operate as a surcharge and is not higher than the handling fee you charge for non-PayPal transactions.

  • What kind of paypal fee is 10% per transaction?

PayPal is not charging any fix fee on transactions. So I set this value

    Bud,
Congrats on starting your business. Hopefully you will get a lot of success.

Take an advice from someone who wants everyone to succeed, you don’t want to bullshit let crowd. Neither your vendors.

    All the best :)

  • @pakhost - but do you charge it for EasyPaisa/JazzCash? I dont think so. Hence its not a handling fee- its a surcharge (but you know this anyway and Im wasting my time)

No fee I am being charged on EasyPaisa/JazzCash, so I have not applied any fee on it.

so you broke the handling fee provision of paypal by doing that. I suggest you clarify your relationship with the companies you say you are associated with and clarify the handling/surcharge fee with paypal. I get the impression you are a reseller of a reseller (based on the company id line). Its similar to what godaddy set up for their resellers (I know you arent godaddy reseller). One support number for all resellers and company id is used to sort a customer when they call in.

  • Okay fine. You means I am over-charging to clients by applying PayPal fee?

I am not reseller of a reseller, the services I have now offered on LET are totally mine. I am not cheating to LET users by offering services offered in first post.

https://www.whmcs.com/members/verifydomain.php gives the following result for pakcloudhost.com: This domain is not authorized to be using WHMCS.
This seems a little odd. Why can I not verify your WHMCS license?

Can I get an IP address for the server with CloudLinux, cPanel, Litespeed, etc. so I can verify the licenses before I buy one of your hosting offers?

a small mistake in a text made when it was typed or printed = typo. Thats the second thing I googled for you. Use google first - it really helps you when you are confused.

  • I think portion people was getting upset about is the liquidnet part. Liquidnet is free reseller hosting like byethost where it's actually an affiliate scheme and not a real reseller, which is not allowed here.

If you were selling non-hepsia non-liquidnet I don't see complaint.

I'm getting upset because of this:

Using a nulled WHMCS (or other nulled billing software) grants you and your company a lifetime ban on LET.

    Probably WHMCS broken

Yeah i dont think so that's the case with this one

Actually I was busy and could not check WHMCS renewal invoice email. That's why my WHMCS license expired. However, I just renewed it and it is working fine now.
