Contabo? They have "SSD" but speed is very limited. Speed is like on hdd+.

NexusBytes from @seriesn seems like a good option if you must have SSD+HDD. They offer additional 100GB @$1/mo.
The biggest thing that affects Nextcloud speed is making sure to set up caching and file locking properly.
Off-topic, but I highly recommend you use this Nextcloud installer on a brand new VPS. It does everything for you and sets up all the right caching: https://github.com/nextcloud/vm

I did this on a GreenCloudVPS Tokyo 250GB HDD VPS (I need good Asia connectivity), and the speeds are really impressive despite the HDD.
Nexus Bytes @seriesn has the good stuff. I provider hopped for close to 2 years for my nextcloud and it's been working flawless now.
