As some have mentioned before our terms of service does need updating... we are working on it... simply put we do not block you from using our vps containers for anything you want as long as you are not affecting node performance as a whole. You also assume all legal responsibility for the content you place and your actions on the servers including but not limited to DDOS, hacking, DOS, etc. We also allow freedom of speech so long as what you say is legal.

@NickGH Will you do a OpenVZ 128 MB VPS plan for $15/year? Other minimum specs I require are 5 GB Disk Space, 150 GB Bandwidth, 1 IPv4 Address.
