Windscribe VPN to break up with all their affiliates

Windscribe decided they want to be #1 not because affiliates say it but for the sake of being the best. As such they removed the affiliate system:

    Dumb idea. Every company has customer acquisition costs and they normally come with a lot of uncertainty - pay more marketing that may or may not work. Paying your normal acquisition cost or just below for a guaranteed sale is a no-brainer.

    Probably done to distance themselves from these "top-list rankings" which often are (rightfully) connected with shilled reviews. But I agree, there needs to be some type of "advertisement" going on to bring in new ppl.
