How to get a cheap US IP number temporarely?
What is the cheapest way to get a USA IP number? Just need that to contact eBay.com, because they do have some pre-screening and non-US chat contacts can only talk the 'buying issues' support staff.
I am also with BuyShared on their Las Vegas service, but seems that cPanel has no VPN plugin (neither does wordpress). I doubt I can install Googles Outline.
I don't care about speed and bandwidth, it's for text chat only, and only till the issues are worked out, so I don't want to sign up any annual service either.
Suggestions are welcome!
