Who could provide vps as reseller hosting?

Location: west coast of US or other place has low latency to 139.175.54.240
I don't know much about reselling so any suggestion is appreciated.
Packages would be 500MB space,25GB bandwidth,1-3 domain,cpanel,mainly used as wordpress hosting.
I want to have at least 50 accounts per vps,is it possible for vps to do this?

yes, get a VPS, install cpanel, and create your accounts.
Taking on somewhat of a managed VPS would probably help you along the way, where as the provider can help you with the initial setup etc
I'm not sure about latency to your specific IP, but I'd recommend Hostigation LA KVM VM-2048 package. @miTgiB

Use something like VirtualMin for your system control panel.
Use something like http://www.boxbilling.com/ for billing.
Use something like http://osticket.com/ for your support ticketing system.
Your accounts per VPS will be something you balance over time. If you have 5 very busy Wordpress sites, you probably want to split those across two VPS. If you have 50 low traffice Wordpress sites, you can keep them all on the same VPS.

I am a cPanel Partner, so no need to go someplace else. I have many doing exactly this, and 50-75 moderate WordPress sites is very doable on a 2gb KVM If something gets real busy, just offload MySQL onto another 1gb KVM and I assign internal IP's so free traffic between
