I'd also be interested in <$10/mo for a 3TB storage server with at least 10TB monthly bandwidth. Looking to use it for backups and data migration as I layer encryption into all of my hosting. No point in going above $5/TB-mo, as I can get that on B2 object storage & only pay for what I use, with free exit bandwidth thanks to Cloudflare Bandwidth Alliance.
