Question: What specifically are you referring to? Integration, and added features? If so, those will naturally come with time.
If are curious about "last updated" when hovering over "operational" this will update only if there's an issue. We're still modifying it - but what you see is the general idea, and is what we will use going forward.
Hi @PandoGulf - Our customers usually are OK with what is integrated with our cPanel shared/reseller hosting product line. This allows them to easily manage email accounts, use a web version that is provided, and or configure via outlook or similiar.
While we don't have any plans on offering email hosting services, as a stand-alone product for the general user, we are happy to work with those looking for an enterprise solution.
I'd also like to say that we've at times seen interest from users regarding the installation of Mail-in-a-Box, on our virtual private servers, though I don't have any real experience feedback for this.

I don't think this is something we can easily integrate unless we played around with some javascript, cookies, etc? Just initial thinking, but I'll ask the guys.

one good thing after I shifted from old host to Racknerd is my "Waiting-time" for page load has strongly fallen down (wow!) - By how much? - From 243ms + 328ms to 49.9ms + 82.5ms (http redirects to https and then page is shown)
Here are the screenshots from Gtmetrix, the purple color bar is the wait time for page to show up!

So from 408.6ms it has fallen to 170.4ms that's 2.5x speed boost approx

But what worries me is that in last 3-4 days the server load has gone beyond 8 CPUs up to 10.95 (that's almost 11) for few hours and consistently hitting up to 8+. It was actually quite good when I signed up during Dec 1st, I monitored it and it was around 3 and 4 like!

With the nature of shared/reseller hosting - utilization/loads can fluctuate, though we're constantly monitoring, ensuring services are up and running as they should. If we notice an end-user, causing abuse, possibly a compromised account, or similar we take action. No worries there, we are constantly montioring.
