A small thank you to SecureDragon.net and @KuJoe, sharing experience
I have been a long time lurker I come from more "well" known companies, I ran vps there and did not need all the flash. I am looking to get something setup personally to be able to stream US content mostly. I was a bit skeptical about the ordering of a VPS for one year on $25 (XEN), well WTF worst case I have lost my money. It is not the case, I setup openvpn on the server and have been using it for the last 2 weeks and it is AWESOME fast! (hope it keeps up when more people populate the node... looking @KuJoe )
This weekend I had hard drive failure at home and setup myself for Tarsnap backups, and started doing backups of personal stuff ( total 5gb ) it was running for 2 days and still going. I checked my Linux graphs and my ISP was throttling my connection to 10KB/sec, I stopped that as soon as I saw and then connected to my openvpn and bam maxing my ISP connection. I am amazed, did not expect.
I will check back in 6months from now, but keep up the good work.

No one can beat Dragon Spirit.. :P
thanks for your review..
I've had good experiences with @KuJoe's services. They're great.
Yep SecureDragon rocks.
You can tell he takes pride in his work and that he is not just after a few dollars. He actually cares that his machines run well and that his customers are happy and actually understands that happy customers = more money down the road anyways.
Great review, what spec's do they offer for 25$ a year?
I just got their $25/yr offer. It got me 128MB Xen PV.
Thanks for all of the feedback. We've been putting a lot of time and resources into SD and I'm glad it's being noticed.
I sometimes forget that I have a SecureDragon VPS because I never get alerts about it being down or having any other kind of problem.
@NickM If you want I can setup a cronjob to remind you... :P
I have the opposite problem, it alerts me about my other VPSs being down.
Are there any IO/network/GeekBench benchmarks for SecureDragon? Need to find a replacement for my AlienVPS since I can't live with 50% uptime
SecureDragon is great, can just recommend!
OpenVZ: http://freevps.us/thread-3912.html
Xen:
And for CPU, I have this one
Geekbench 2.1 because the new fails XD http://browse.geekbench.ca/geekbench2/564628
Is perfectly fine, I am hosting some websites. Was thinking in a gameserver but is a little bit laggy at times (long history, related to cronjobs mostly).
But for most normal uses is perfect and stable
Hmmm.. looks like an isp with crappy techs
It is the major ISP in my country. They have a monopoly so there is no other choice unless I go DSL
Dragon > Techs.

Suh, I challenge you to a duel.
