  Yes the node is physically hosted in Canada, however the IP's are geolocated to New Jersey, USA.

  All of our plans include 24/7 Managed Support. We will assist with any and all Level 1-3 issues pertaining directly to our service, including third-party script installs and maintenance. However there can be situations where we may not be able to do much, it all depends on your requests.

  From your FAQ - It seems like relatively loose managed support. Good deal though if its small stuff.

  What is the benefit of geolocating to NJ if it is hosted in canada? Latency won't improve.

  He put the dashes in the wrong place. It's 500GB bandwidth on the LEB1.

  Bandwidth is 500GB for LEB1 and 1000GB for LEB2 maybe the formatting isn't good.
